Yes we viewed yours too. Great view , assume you are moving into it ,

We were so close to putting in an offer on next door but then we thought we needed to rent first , just waiting for ours to go through now bout 5 mins up the road.

I will say though we had a most relaxing night in the beach chill bar , prob best music we have ever experienced.

If you need assistance for anything around your new purchase just ask. Have a good day

Hi - re bedding!!

Spanish pillows are completely different to British ones - and therefore the pillowslips are completely different too.  It's worth taking your own pillows - again, IKEA sell them rolled up and easy to transport and use to cushion more vulnerable items when you move.

Gossip has it that IKEA is opening in Almeria in 2019 - I'm hoping that's the case!

best wishes with your move

Hi Carol & Vin - we too are new to this - we bought our place at the end of October - we have been out once since to set up our Spanish will and get our bank cards sorted.  We are in Vera Playa about 15 mins from Mojacar by car.  Graeme and Lindsey I am guessing you purchased via Sp...

...anish Property Choice as we too have Angela as our solicitor and use currencies direct - both of which have been excellent - let me guess unicaja for the bank?  We will be back out in March - one thing we found hard was getting bedding that fits - so we decided to drive up to IKEA at Murcia to get all our house stuff - I wish we had thought and done it on our way from Alicante airport.  We can get flights to Almeria but they don't start again until May.  Just ask if there is anything you need to know and I will try to help.

Be wary of the IKEA bedding,  they have their own sizes, and not even necessarily sheets that match their own duvets! And they are big on the odd Spanish pillow sizes also.. It is all labelled, but can be confusing, so be careful!
