Property Purchase

I can't exactly comment but I do know of a friend who has an apartment in Njiar that she rents out but since Brexit it has hit her profits considerably due to the rental benefits no longer being applicable now we are not in the EU. It may be worth investigating how this will impact on you financially as you may find it is not worth your while. I would think there would be a heap of aggro around renting out your property, which for a few weeks would probably not be worth it.This could therefore impact on your decision where/what you buy.We are currently buying which is taking forever and  the process is at best a snails pace! Nothing is simple and straight forward in Spain and we have decided to not stretch ourselves financially so we don't have to rent out the property.

Yes, there would be demand.  We have a property there. Less than 10 mins from fantastic beaches and great amenities.  In the summer loads going on in San Juan de Los Terreros. Great for families or couples. Fantastic restaurant a short walk away. Cafe/bar in the village and plenty of English speakers many of whom have holiday homes and also live there.  Easy access from main roads. Value for money.  Several people rent out with no problem filling their dates.

Good morning. I live next to the village of Los Lobos, which is really quiet, and I think you'd have far more success in renting nearer to the coast. You can't holiday in or near to Los Lobos without renting a car, which adds to the overall cost, but you can rent a coastal property and not have the need for a car.
