We are looking to possibly purchasing a static caravan at Cherribar Park. It look really clean and well kept, however my concern is there doesn't seem to be much happening there? It would be great to hear from any owners or ex-owners.

We are looking to purchase an apartment in or around Los Lobos that we can use ourselves but also rent out a few weeks a year. I know that Los Lobos is not a 'touristy' area but would there be demand for holiday rentals or would it be better to look closer to the coast, Villaricos, San Juan etc etc.
