Does anyone have any info on Cherry Bar park homes Los Lobos ? We are looking at all potential options for long term rentals or buying.

If you are in Spain go into the town hall to find out the legality,park homes can be a nightmare if you buy rental not so much

It has been around a very long time. We have friends on there who love it. Best to visit and see for yourself. Lots of space around the units. Close to beautiful beaches and in walking distance of several bars.

I have lived on the mobile home park, La Hierbabuena, for 12 years; others for longer. It is a fully licensed mobile home park.

all I am saying is that there HAVE been some supposedly legal parks that turned out to be illegal the same as 'brick' built houses,they exploited tha fact that they were MOBILE so not real buildings,had you asked I would say exactly the same, get a good solicitor to checkthings BEFORE parting with your money

Where exactly? Los Lobos is an urban village. Cheribar is a registered site.
