Moving to Los Gallardos , need to access health care,

We are moving to Los Gallardos having spent 13 years in France so at present in French health care system We intend to become fully integrated within health system and tax system.One of us is of state pension age and we will have applied for an S1 again.
Can anyone give advice on the steps we will need to take in order to register.We will have an NIE no. Our Spanish is not strong so think we may have to use services of translators.
