How long ago did you have your last jab.
I'm not sure but think there might be a period of 2 weeks b4 you can use it
My husband and friends husbands last ones were 6 weeks ago.....mine and my friends were 4 weeks ago,,,,,it is so frustrating!
I have been trying for days now, keep getting the same message that details are not correct which is wrong....very odd....maybe system is just over loaded with too many requests...

Yes it is Clic Salud app.......I did the same thing and downloaded Salud Respond which is not the correct one....

...s....and so will we tomorrow, While we are back in UK there are several things we are attending which require proof of both vaccinations........The Spanish do love paperwork!
Update.....after lots of trying we have managed to get my husbands info registered.....just need to try again with mine! Think it is overload causing problems for sure.....
