Broadband in El Margen de Oria + builders details

Hi
We are in the process of buying a house in El Margen de Oria and are looking for information. 

First cab off the rank…can someone recommend very good, speedy wi-fi for the area. My husband uses it to conduct webinars and teaching sessions online and I present a weekly internet radio show. 

Secondly, our house needs a small amount of work doing on it (mainly plastering, a new floor etc) and we are looking for reliable tradesmen with good quality work who come recommended.
