Can you send me the details of a surveyor as we are in the process of buying a place

Surveyspain.com are the people I used. Excellent service. Saved me a small fortune after encounter with an arboleas estate agent.

LIke Karen were moving over to the Arboleas area soon. We to need a good surveyor for the property were keen on.

Knowing what's what is everything... Were aware there is cosmetic work needed to the property...but more than that we haven't a clue. 

Doesn't mean we won't proceed with the purchase, but information is everything.

Please Tony your man's contact details would be much appreciated.Sooner rather than later were on a tight time schedule

The surveyor we used was a Spanish lad called Benedicto Fernandez Bonil based in Albox. He was very thorough and honest, which surprised us as he was recommended by the estate agent we were using. It cost us around 500 euros but every detail was included in the report, it has saved us a fortune in the long run.

Hi if you want an Independant surveyor,rather that a local one who probably knows all the builders, then there Is a good one in Vera, he's very reasonable with his charges but spot on with his work etc.

We have used him on occasions for Energy certificate, surveys on apartments etc.

He's a Spanish and English speaking guy, his office in in the Vera Square, just up from the cafe.

Give him a ring, Inthink it might be worth it.
