Hi again. Is the house you are buying situated on rural or urban land? That could make a difference although I'm not sure. Why not email the town hall to ask. If you don't speak Spanish use Google translate.

as Juliet says SPANISH teenagers are by and large very respectfull to their elders mainly due to the way of life ie the enlarged family.
When I lived near Antas and went into the town it was lovelly to see the youngsters moving aside on pavements,giving up seats on the benches and going out to the local ice cream/pizza parlour in 5 years there I can honistly say I never saw a drunk/drugged youngster,it changes a bit when they get to 18or so
