Sorry ,we are sailing  to Spain in Sept ,and I’m sure France want more documentation than Spain ,  but I assume you have got your animal health certificate organised for your dog if it doesn’t have an up to date EU Passport

Hi Gaz. I can't comment on the UK/France part of your journey, but I can say that we have just come back to Spain from a holiday in France and there were no officials on either side of the Somport Tunnel. We had our Covid certificates to hand, together with a disclaimer that we had not been in contact with anyone who has Covid, to the best of our knowledge, and our passports.

Hotels, restaurants and McDonalds require your Covid certificates on entry.

Safe journey.

I posted on the Mojacar page and told what happened to me.  Shocking.  I was quoted £125 each for my two.   Long story, they came back and said it would be done out of hours! not my fault, and the price would now be £1000 !    There’s a guy, called Guy, in Portsmouth , Passpets , got an appointment and cost is £99 first dog ,£50 each one after that !

Hi Gaz, we're travelling 20th Sept through France to Cantoria. No proof of a negative test needed, you need your proof of your two Vaccination jabs. We've got our two cats with us so animal health certificate needs to be valid and in the port of entry language, in this case French. Hope it helps and I'm just as confused as everyone! Safe travels

Cheers for the reply, it was helpful and kind of you,  how did you manage to get the animal certificates in French? as we need them in Spanish and French I presume. Have safe trip yourselves. Cheers Gaz
