What us the best bank to use please

I have always found Cajamar in Albox very good.  I would recommend Anna at the San Francisco square branch or Maria at the branch near Donkey Square.

Cajamar in Arboleas is great. Ana and most of the staff speak English. We moved from Unicaja due to charges on our account but have a residents account which is free of any charges. 

Can I just ask.....do all banks offer a Redidents bank account

Just wondered as been hear 12years and never been offered a acct ....for residents??

On the 13th Feb I received a notification that Cajamar will charge €20 per month in fees for accounts where access to bank offices are included. Needless to say went in to the branch in Sorbas the following day and was promptly transferred to a fee-free account. Clearly I'm not the only one; yesterday another notice stating 20, but under certain conditions 12€ pm and certain accounts (wefferent) €0. The cynical me says they are trying to close village branches .....

Can we use wise for direct debits and does anyone know if you get charged by wise 

Wise charges for sending money, and I guess for transferring to your 'other' wallets, others can answer that better.

Hi, we are with Unicaja and also fed up with charges. The residents account you have opened, is it an internet account and do you have to put a specific amount in every month to keep it no charges?

I recommend Openbank , no commissions  , online banking only but 24x7 customer services by phone , whatsapp etc been with them for many yesra and very happy  , Cajamar is ok but they charge you commissions

I would recommend Santander in Albox, all of the staff are quite fluent in English, Victor and the Manager Paco are really customer orientated, as are the rest of the staff. there are NO hidden monthly charges. Good Luck with your choice.
