I've been to the medical centre at Olula del Rio twice now. Crazy, hectic and rude. They claim I have to have a trajete sanitarium de euro brief use to tell me anything about private services... Bad nightmare.. Help?

There are walk in centres that have been opened where you can turn up with just your NIE to get vaccinated, your closest would be Heurcal Overa....

And that’s just the beginning of the Spanish so called wonderful life.  I’m so sorry you went through that ,at least you realise they are not all friendly . Awful though when it’s your “supposed” carer situation.   I’m shocked

Language problems can be at the root of a lot of these problems. Just as in the UK, there are some people who are hopeless with non native speakers and are incapable of explaining anything clearly and in simple words that one is likely to understand.  No patience either when there's a queue lining up behind - not to speak of the perspex barrier making hearing and understanding very hit and miss.  My husband is Spanish and has  a hearing problem and he gets very stressed and irritated with one of our local medical receptionists and always is hoping he'll get the other one!

Don't upset yourself about this as most of us here go through this at some stage. Even in the UK, medical receptionists are not always as helpful as we would like them to be in my experience!
