UK tourism DOESN’T outnumber Germany and France combined - not by a long mark.  In 2019 UK sent 18.000.000 tourists to Spain.  Germany and France sent 11.000.000 EACH.  22.000.000 is a bigger number than 18.000.000 - 4.000.000 more in fact.  Per head, German and French tourists SPENT more than UK tourists as well.

3. UK tourists will still come to Spain on holiday.  So no, Spain won’t make special arrangements because, like Portugal, it doesn’t need to.
