Hi, if you already have a Residencia Card, do you still need proof of income or money in bank to get your TIE?

Cheers

No

there will be cheaper ways of doing this procedure yourself, but even with time on your hands you will have to have all the places you have to visit to follow all their procedures and fill out their forms

ALL in Spaniish, plus you will need an interpreter  with you in all circumstances , we did our residencia 2 years ago but it is well worth paying ie CATS as they know exactly what they are doing, then it id done legally and in half the time it takes an individual to do

then they can also do your driving licence and any other legal documentation required

hope this helps

Hello there. You overlooked the point that in applying for your TIE, you must go to both appointments yourself in Almeria.  The first appointment is to submit your paperwork, proof of payment to the Police for the process etc

and have your finger prints taken.  They give you the time/date of your second appointment which you MUST again produce your passport when collecting your TIE card.  Hope this helps ALL.  Regards ....

maybe for a TIE 2 visits , we had one visit to Almeria  for our residencia and used a reputable company which did not charge a lot of money , it was easy and in no way stressful at all, we also had out finger prints taken

indeed some times in life you need to pay an amount of money to the experts

hope this helps as it certainly helped us a great deal
