We are coming to albox in September for several weeks to do a familiarisation trip and would love to meet anyone English there. Also if anyone has recently moved there from the UK as a permanent resident then, if it would be ok, to pick their brains. Not literally obviously. We would love to hear both pros and cons. Thanks in advance.

Hi, we have bought a house just outside Albox in the hills and are moving over in August.
Have our NIE etc all done and I'm an Irish citizen so no problems with our residency.

Hi Shane where abouts in the hills? We just bought a property 10mins drive from Albox it’s a Rural property with views of the mountains and will be. Icing there next month fingers crossed..
Albox is a fabulous town, we were there last week trying to find a property to buy. We've sold our house in Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca and want to move to some where which quiet and peaceful for us Albox fits the bill.. The Spanish in Albox are extremely friendly.

We're looking at properties 10 mins out of Albox , not much property left to choose from, the market is so active.

We are buying 5 minutes from Huercal-Overa in El Saltador/San Francisco - We were there in the winter and do prefer it to Albox
Hello, we have a rural property we have on the market, its a project though with new roof and solid walls, we look down over a vally and we have a olive grove around us.
We bought it a long time ago as a project but my husbands work always got in the way of us completing the renervation.
Beuatiful views and not overlooked, room for 3 bedrooms and onsuites.
Have only got solid photos but can give you map reference if you want to go take s look.
We are asking £35,000

Thanks Denise, we're in our seventies, so, I think this is too much of a project for us.

Hello Rabin, we only have photographs, not electronic im sorry.
We are coming out again in October and intend to take some more then.on my tablet
We have got it listed with Almeria Homes so they will have their own photos on their website if you can find them. If you are interested then come back to me and we can tell you where it is to go take a look
