Cataract's

I had both eyes done in Qvision in the virgen del Mar hospital in Almeria. The result was excellent, they say the doctor is one of the best of the world. I just had to wait a few weeks before i got operated. But i have private insurance.

I also have a cataract problem and I would be most grateful if you could give me further information to help me

rectify my problem with Qvision. Could you very kindly help me by answering these questions......

1) Could you give me the contact details for Qvision?

2) How many appointments did you have and over what period of time before you actually had the surgery?

3) As I have no private insurance are you able to tell me the total cost, this would be most appreciated.

4) After the operation what was your recovery time and do you now have the vision that you had before the cataract problem?

Following this as my wife has similar problems and similar questions.

I was in the same hospital last year, not vision department, for a hip replacement and they were excellent.

Do you have private insurance?  If not, just phone the Virgen del Mar hospital.  I think there is an English speaking service if you can't handle spanish.  Explain what you need.  You could also go to any private GP who will make an appointment for you to see a specialist.
