I think this forum is set up for English speaking people, if anyone that does not speak English wants to join the discussion it showily should have to translate it, not the other way round, I think this person is just trying to be a prat (translate that)

I think you're probably right, John99Andrew. I know 'Dumm' means stupid, if that will do!😉

Good afternoon,
It was very interesting to read your comment regarding cataract surgery at Qvision in the Virgin del Mar Hospital.
I also have a cataract problem and I would be most grateful if you could give me further information to help me
rectify my problem with Qvision. Could you very kindly help me by answering these questions......
1) Could you give me the contact details for Qvision?
2) How many appointments did you have and over what period of time before you actually had the surgery?
3) As I have no private insurance are you able to tell me the total cost, this would be most appreciated.
4) After the operation what was your recovery time and do you now have the vision that you had before the cataract problem?
Thanking you in advance and I do look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards.
John Lowe

Did you have any luck in contacting them? Have tried using the contact form x 3 but no reply. Tried phoning but no English service and did not have any luck with the rapid Spanish line. Would get interpreter for consultation but just want costs for the different types of lenses at the moment

Hi, I have not as yet been in contact with them because for the last 5 weeks I have been ill in bed. When I am
over these current health problems I will pursue my contact with them. Just one point re your message. Did you fill the contact forms writing in English? If this was the case can I suggest you download Google Translate. This will enable you to translate each section you wish to send into Spanish. You could also add that you are using Google translate as you do not speak Spanish but could attend with a translator. My Spanish is mediocre but over my many years here I use this greatly with 100% success. I hope this helps you.

Thankyou did not really need translate as was a very basic contact form and can read and write basic my problem arises with rapid fire Spanish on the phone which I tried to use in desperation as not had any reply to contact form (2 weeks ago) so will look at Veravision instead
