Hi there
We are wel into our proverbial journey to our new life in Almeria. We now are thinking about how we are going to get our cat over. Everytime we think we have a solution we get a slight knock back.
Has anyone got any experience of taking a cat a cat from UK to Almeria. Is this such a thing.
Any help especially anyone who has done this would be soooooo much appreciated.

or travel by car with your cat on eurotunnel
How are your travelling? If you are driving, put the cat in a pet carrier and bring the cat with you in the car, simple!!

We bought our 2 cats and dog through Eurotunnel and drove to Arboleas. (Cats in large cages).
Don't forget you need travel documents for your cat!

We came in a van with furniture etc. No longer have the van

Yes we came across in our UK car and then had it matriculated. But that was before Bretix, its changed now, you will have to pay import duty. I think, stand corrected if anyone knows better.

We moved to Albox in October and used the Woofington Express to transport our dogs over. They also transport cats and keep you up to date with videos etc during the journey. If you look them up and give them a call, they will let you know what paperwork is needed.
