We have some neighbours who have two big dogs that bark morning noon and night.

Last year the police got involved and the dogs were moved for a month or so. They are now back barking again, its such a shame as they are chained up all day and left outside the owner takes little to no

notice of them at all, sounds like unh and lonely barking dogs.

I think you need to go to the Garda and ask them to intervene, there are laws here about keeps dogs chained up, so my first port of call would be the Garda.

Hope that's helpful  Jenni

These dogs have been reported to the police on numerous occasions but nothing permanent has been done ,it is a disgrace that dogs should be treated this way left chained up & left sometimes days on end and completely ignored ,why do people like this have dogs

Yes we have complained to the local police 3 times & told the mayor is aware of the problem but nothing is done

I would go into the town hall and make a denouncement, I would not rely on being told 'The Mayor is aware' Sounds like they are fobbing you off to me.
