Do you want young birds from your own eggs?  We are happy to incubate your eggs using our incubation service.  We provide a full, friendly service.  We will incubate your eggs in our Brinsea Octagon incubator, (an extremely efficient incubator).  We candle eggs at 10 days and will keep you informed of progress throughout incubation, and provide you with updates of your eggs fertility rates and chick count on hatching so that you can make adequate room for your new arrivals or move that cock that just isn’t doing his job with the hens.  You must provide clean, fresh and properly collected, handled and stored eggs for incubation.  You must be able to pick up your hatchlings within 48 hours of hatching.  If you do not pick up the chicks within 48 hours a ‘care fee’ will be charged.  Care of hatchlings until old enough to turn out is available for a fee.  We do not guarantee hatch rates.  This means we do not guarantee that any of the eggs will hatch, however, we will provide the best possible environment and conditions for incubation and hatching.  We charge a setting fee to set any eggs regardless if they hatch or not.  For chickens, a setting fee of 60c per egg.  There is no minimum on eggs set. 

Partridge eggs 50c, quail eggs 50c, Peafowl €1 per egg, duck eggs 80c.

 Parrot eggs:  you must contact for price on egg setting fees.  We will gladly incubate one egg if need be. 

Finally, all fees above include space, labour and time for service provided.  A generator is on site in the event we lose power.  The eggs are provided in an optimum condition for hatching, but, as mother nature also charges taxes, hatch rates are not guaranteed.  Eggs may show fertility for the first 2 weeks and then suddenly die.  Some eggs may even hatch and then die within the first 24 hours.  We give our hatch rates at over 90%.  This is for eggs that are fertile and not for the total number of eggs that are first set.

hi, I am looking to buy 2 sun loungers from somewhere near Velez Rubio. I have tried the local shops in town but they have all stored there stock for next year. Are there any large shops/stores in the area ?

Hi, hope the weather is not too good! I'm david and looking to purchase property in the Velez area. Should be over to view in a few weeks, but Almeria airport seems a nightmare to get to? Is it best to fly into Murcia and car it down?

Anyway, if we proceed to purchase there is a strong possibility that we will need a pool building. My understanding is that an 'above/on ground pool' does not need permission, but does that mean I could use the slopes on the land to build a pool with one end at ground level and the other 6 feet above ground without permission? Or is it better to get permission for in ground pool? And has anybody got an idea of rough cost (10000 euros is a figure I have been given)?

So, having got the pool and if initially I am only there 6 weeks of the year, is there a reliable tradesman who could check on pool regularly or who can empty and refill as required?

If anybody has any tips they want to pass onto me about anything relating to buying in Spain, then I'm all ears.
