Dear members,

We are looking to buy a property 20-30 min from the beach in Almeria. We have noticed that many properties only have a pellet/wood burner in the living room and no additional heaters (e.g. panel heaters). Also many houses have no cooling (aircon or ceiling fans). We are living in the middle of France at the moment and we definitely use our panel heaters in the autumn/winter and a big 12 kW woodburner. What do you require as a minimum to live comfortable?

Hi All, Considering buying in the Mar de Pulpi / Mundo Aguilon Golf Area. Is there anyone that can please tell me of any pros or cons to moving into this area.

Goodmorning, we are looking for some help in Mar de Pulpi, a lot of things need to be done. We are looking for a really handyman, that can do some smal maintenance such as: replacing mirrors for new ones, some electricity maintenance, (lights and fan) install and place new tv,  those kind of things. We will be in mar de Pulpi from December 10. Also a good and reliable Gardner, someone that likes his job and wants to maintain our garden all year round.
