Hi all. Is it just me, or has Sistel Almanzora been down since Thursday night?

I phoned them Friday morning and the guy I spoke to told me some crap about batteries??

I know there are enormous gaps in my Spanish vocabulary, but he definitely said "batteries."

Anybody else having the same problem? And is this generally normal, or does Sistel Almanzora just provide a truly woeful service?

The rear casement of my tumble dryer was damaged and I need a replacement. Is there a spares and repairs tradesman who could provide areplacement?

We started Spanish lessons two weeks ago.  I was wondering whether other folks found it difficult at the start?  Whilst my hubby seems to be grasping the language really well, I’m really struggling.  Did others find it really hard and and if so, was there a time period when it suddenly ‘clicked’’?  We hope to be living Spain by August this year and we are both keen to integrate as fully as we can with the local community but at the moment, I can only count from 1-10 and greet someone morning, noon and night!  Any advice would be gratefully received.  Karen

Some advice please, we are interested in purchasing a property which we hope to view again next week. The pool needs some work and we have never owned a pool previously.  We just need some reassurance from an expert that there is no major structural problem with the pool and that it only needs cosmetic repair such as a few missing small mosaic tiles along with pump filter and refilling.

Can anyone help or recommend someone who'd just take a look and advise, and perhaps a rough ballpark figure on cost for the advice

Hi all ,  it's  Sharon and Jill  again we would much appreciated  some advice on heath care do you need it permanently when you riside and are you as a residenti entitled  to any basic care. obviously we will have to go into everything before we relocate but we thought we would ask as you all are residents .
