Yesterday my dogs were barking and went out to see what was going on and there was a man putting steel pins in my drive. I asked him what he was doing and he said that the land in front of the pin was his and I couldn't have access to my land. He then went on to say I had to move my electric gates as he didn't want me to go over his land and that he owned the rambla that ran past our house. As neither of us spoke the others language he said he would come back today 2ith his son who spoke english. He turned up with his wife and son all of whom were really aggressive from the outset. I invited them all onto our pergola and he just glared at me. I said to his son that I wanted to sort this out amicably. He just said the rambla was his and I couldn't use it. I told him it was a rambla and historically had been used to herd goats. He said that the rambla was only a name and I couldn't use it. They all started muttering and left saying I cannot have access to my house. The house has enjoyed access for 21 years since it was built and the rambla has no use.

Anyone else had a similar problem

I am looking at purchasing a property in this area and I would like to know which schools I can contact to discuss the possibility of our three year old child attending.

Hi everyone. We'll be visiting Albox town for a few days this month. We're looking for recommendations for central hotels or good accommodation. It's not for a holiday unfortunately, so we don't want to break the bank. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Just looking to move to Spain soon and looking for job around the area Albox , Oria , Purchena .Any kind of job would be Nice just to pay the bills , food and have a little bit left  to enjoy the sunshine :).I am still in UK till my house is ready, close to Oria town  so if anybody need some help etc would be Great :) .I Hope there is something just let me know please :) .
