I have been waiting for two weeks for the actual posted letter of resolution. The online version is all there is at the moment. Can I go ahead with the first TIE appointment? Thanks, hopefully someone has had the same issue.
The answer that I have received from CAB Spain, and other trusted sources, is yes. The printed version is ok to take to the appointment.
