Anyone heard of Cuota Ordinaria car parking tax for non resident owners. mid so could you please explain it to me.

Do you mean in relation to owning a parking space in an urbanización?

I’ll do some more digging, but it appears as non-resident, you are liable for a higher rate on this - 24%; HOWEVER, let me do some more digging and see what I can turn up.
In the meantime, any other non residents paying Cuota ordinaria on urbanización parking spaces?

I just got a bill for the last two months, never paid it before. I don’t know if anyone else is paying as my mate died so I’ll have to find out about others when I go over to Spain. I’m not sure if it is a new non resident tax. Cheers Dario
