Form 210

Not sure if it will generate a form but if you google the Hacienda and then put forma 210 in the search box you will get a range of responses.  The first is how to fill in the form, the second is dated 22nd October and if you go into that and select the first section asks for your nice.  Hopefully that will access the form you need.  I couldn't try it as I'm a resident!  Hope this works K

Complete the form on line, then verify it to ensure no mistakes. At bottom right there are two small boxes, go to the right hand one and it will allow you to print the form out to take to the bank for payment, it prints three copies automatically, one the bank keeps and you get the other two copies back as a receipt of payment.
