Or possibly having a bit more experience? Your life - you want to spend the next 20 years chasing a fruitless action through the Spanish courts, you go right ahead. Nothing to do with being too lazy or scared - I have no complaint with Huércal-Overa hospital in particular or the Spanish health system in general.
But like I say, you want to pick that fight, go right ahead - you are not affecting my standard of living, and you certainly won’t have any effect on HO Hospital, so why should I care?

as you are still alive we presume that they did something right good luck with a court case be prepared for a very long battle or just enjoy the life you have now

2 years ago I had a bad fall and my front teeth went through my lip and face. The bleeding was horrendous so we went to this hospital. Saw 2 junior doctors who were nasty and unkind. I speak no Spanish and they just shouted at me when I didn't understand. I was so upset. They didn't even clean the injury. Had to go back again later when it started bleeding again and were there in A&E all night. Hardly anyone could speak English and I was just left to bleed. It was a dirty and uncomfortable place with no privacy. Don’t go there.

On the contrary..the weight of evidence from so many people will make the decision a very short easy ine

..., very wholesome.
Following year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, very quickly sorted out for treatment but then had to go to Granada for the radioactive implants. Only in for one day there but once again excellent treatment, brilliant staff.
I am now imminently due to have a hip replacement but due to backlogs have been offered an appointment at Virgen del Mar private hospital in Almeria. I would have had no qualms if I was going into HO for it, you have obviously been unlucky when you have been there.

A “short, easy one”? BWAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA …. Apologies … it’s just the idea that you think that not only will you get anywhere, but that you honestly believe that any court case here will be a “short, easy one”. I may be wrong, but I would guess you know very little of the Spanish legal system? and indeed how large a part nepotism plays here *snort* “a short easy one”. Many many thanks - that will keep me chuckling for many a day now 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
