Problem with TV provider holiday package

Hi, we had an excellent holiday TV service with Next. This was then changed to GTI. We have had nothing but problems since the change over. After 2 months finally got TV turned on to have no sound. Was advised this would be escalated to a technician...that was back in July!! No answer to emails, WhatsApp etc. Now they have stopped charge from my bank! 

Anyone manage to communicate with GTI?

Can anyone recommend alternative holiday TV package please?

I also could do with that link please. I have had no TV since Monday. I bought a new TV box from them because my Next box had stopped working. We managed to get the new box connected and running fine until last Monday 26th September when a message appeared on the screen saying please contact your provider to register device. Well I've emailed them several times and had no reply. I've asked my translator to ring them but no answer so far. I can't find a GTI website to register the new TV box and I am at my wit's end. Please help if you can.

We currently have a problem with GTI. The tv worked fine in April/May. Now 2 days in and it still is showing a 'problem with our subscription'. 3 calls to date. Still waiting. Their set up appears dire.

I do have a WhatsApp number for their technical people. It's 623018481. I'm currently getting a reply roughly every 20 mins. So far, they say they can't see screen shots though I was told to send one. Now sorting out ID.
