How do I receive mail?

...PO Box address to everyone as a correspondent address. The person I'm buying my house from didn't have a PO Box and has outstanding IBI and traffic fines as mail wasn't delivered..I'd appreciate it if someone could clear up my confusion..many thanks

You can also have your mail and parcels delivered to Velez Stores (The English Shop) at the Poligono Industrial, Velez Rubio. They open longer hours than Correos and charge €47 pa.

...ay a speeding fine would  find their way to my PO box if it's not noted in the address.  I assume from a previous reply that  Correos tie up the addresses, I'm sure it will all become clear once I move in. Thanks again Angie

Re your car insurance, IBI (council tax), road tax etc, you have to provide them with your mailing address. I emailed the town hall with our mailing address (we come under Lorca), used Google translate and had a reply within an hour.
