Hi could someone please help. We have just arrived to our property at velez ruboi after nearly three years due to COVID. We have no mains water to building but neighbours have theirs. So wondered if we have been cut off for some reason? Is there a water company we could contact to enquire and would they speak English? Many thanks if someone would reply as not had this problem before

Have you checked the valves in your incoming supply to see if they are locked or could be only want opening

I live in Velez Rubio and my water company is Hidralia. They have an office in Velez Blanco but there is only someone there for about an hour a day. It used to be 0930 to 10.30 but it is a while since I last went there.
The customer service number is 955588000 / 900555566 ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.
You will need your contract number which will be on your bills. You can go on their website to get a copy of your bill if you need to. I assume that during the three years you have been in England that you have paid the quarterly bills. Even though you are not consuming any water THERE IS A STANDING CHARGE and if you have not paid it then you will have been cut off.

Hi Paul thanks for speedy reply. Yes disconnected main pipe to house yesterday and no water from mains supply. We know we have paid bills so bit unsure

Hi many thanks for responding. The water turned on okay the following day so think water company had turned watet off!!!
