Hi I was just wondering, will I be able to come and buy a property end of January. I'm currently in the UK but have been living in the canary Islands for the last 3 years and hold a Spanish residence. Not sure if how this works. Many thanks Tracey.
As Spanish resident you can return to Spain without problem, subject to requirements of the day.

Yep, Ian’s dead right - you’re a Spanish resident so coming to the mainland to buy a property is not going to be an issue for you
