Renewing Spanish Driving Licence

Already have Spanish Driving Licence but is due to expire early next year. I am now over 75. What would be the procedure?

As you already have a Carnet de Conducir ... much much easier. Find a local DGT approved test centre who can administer the medical and DGT psychometric test, book in and then they can give you a temporary licence
