Yes. An antigen test is all that is required for travel to the UK. The antigen test was taken by my wife at the Lab indicated in June and she flew to London with it, no problem.
There are very few countries that require a full PCR test. We required them in March to travel into France but even they have relaxed that rule now.

It’s not required for travel to the U.K. An antigen test is accepted and was in June when my wife flew there. Most countries don’t require a PCR. But if you want the more expensive test you will find there are plenty of places providing them in Roquetas, what is difficult is to find one that can supply a PCR test within 24 hours. We required that in March to drive into France. It cost us €150 each ... an antigen costs €25.

But you can get a PCR test nearer, in Roquetas - at https://policlinicaroquetas.comPoliclinica Roquetas de Mar
for example - and cheaper. But not within 24 hours of the test.

Hi Chris, I wondered if you could help following in from your post regarding PCR tests. I know currently we can fly back to the UK on an antigen test however it could change that a PCR test becomes mandatory. We fly out next week and will return early September so I wondered if you could give me any info about getting a PCR in Roquetas Just incase this becomes mandatory during our stay,

There are no signs of a change in U.K. policy regarding the need for an antigen test before a flight from Spain into the U.K. Of course, for vaccinated travellers Spain does not require a test at all to enter Spain. So I doubt that you will require a PCR in Roquetas in September to return to the U.K. but if so there would be no difficulty in obtaining one, there are several places doing such tests, both in the centre of town and in the Urba.
