Checking in at airport

I flew from Manchester Ryanair last Saturday with just hand luggage and went straight to security Took a long time to go through as big queue They only checked boarding passes there and checked boarding pass and passport at the gate. Didn’t ask to see vaccination cert until got to security at Almeria. It was slow there too.

We went straight through security with hand luggage and was not allowed to board the plane until someone came to check our paperwork. Better if you go to the check in desk first and get the slip of paper to  show paperwork has been checked so that you can get on the plane. Itquicker than waiting for someone.

Morning. We went straight through security at Manchester with a boarding pass printed at home (Jet2 and hand luggage only). Quite quick really (a Thursday morning). At Almeria they checked the Covid paperwork - again very smooth and quick. On return had to go to check in with result of Covid test and passenger locator form for UK - a paper boarding pass was issued. We allowed a little more time, but again a smooth process ( a Tuesdsy morning again Jet2). Make sure your forms are complete either paper or on mobile and you should be fine. We came back last Tuesday. Very hot. Not that many Brits around and planes were half full if that. Mask wearing inside supermarkets etc. - on the street some did, some didn't. Safe trip.
