Hot tub placement

Sorry its me again

We have purchased a hot tub which has been delivered and left standing on its side.

We need some assistance to get it on the level as it is too heavy for us to move on our own.

The company we purchased it from are of little help saying it has been delivered and we have to put it horizontal

Does anyone have any advice on who we could call to assist us

Sorry to read of your dilemma. I’m not around at the mo or I’d offer to help but would be good to know who supplied the tub. I’ll be in the market to buy one at some point so would be good to know where NOT to buy.

Thank you so much for your help. I don't want to name the company at this time until the situation is resolved and then I can deal with this appropriately but need immediate help to resolve this issue. Thank you do much for your replies. Fingers crossed for me

Update: The amazing people at Pool and Garden Centre in Albox came to our rescue. They were amazing. Thank you Irina and your colleagues for all your help.

Sadly we are waiting for a replacement heater now as this part does not work, the steps need replacing and a new water cascade feature is required. So I am still unable to mention the company who supplied it.
