Pay non resident tax

Hi if you have a property in  Palomares, you have to go to Cuevas de Almazora office.  It should have been paid November, you will need to get a new copy of your bill ( with the late payment fine on it) you then take it to one of the banks listed on the bill to pay it.  Hope this helps, if you need to get a new copy of the bill I would advise you to take an interpreter if you do not speak reasonable Spanish.

Not sure who is getting confused (prob me)but if this is modelo 210 tax for owners who are non resident bills are not sent out.If you are able you can get forms online and take them to your bank to pay.You can get your solicitor to do them for you at a cost about 150 euro my bill is 120 a year.

Or another option is Spanishtaxform.co.uk who charge £30 per property to fill forms and send them to you to take to bank

Yes. I just go and get a printout at the office .then take it to a specified bank and pay it .

I didnt need a Solicitor to do this

Think a DD can be set up to pay it yearly .

Helen I think we are talking about different taxes ,when I had a problem I had to go to the national tax office in huercal overa.I have been told it is not possible to pay by dd .The non resident modelo 210 is national not local.
