Advice please

Hi All, Firstly Merry Christmas I hope the New Year bring you Health and Happiness.

Looking for advice, my husband recently was told by a specialist at the hospital that he needed to see a Cardiologist and that he should go to his GP in Oria and ask for a referral, which he did, without even listening to his heart she told him he was fine and didn't need to see one. Today he felt 'odd' so he popped along to see her again, only to find a locum, who immediately listened to his heart and said yes he did definitely need to see a Cardiologist, and that he should complain to the Albox medical centre. My question is has anyone ever been in this position where they have had to complain about a doctor, and if so what is the procedure and also how do we get this GP to give my husband a referral.
