...shed or unfurnished - villa , apartment , duplex - MUST be able to provide legal rental contract to satisfy residence requirements. Budget between 500- 1000 Euro a month , deposit up to 6 months in advance .  European couple returning from USA/Mexico to Europe for semi retirement . Please pm for direct email address - appreciate genuine responses either direct from owners or reputable agents.  We have very open mind at this point as to type of property but realize coastal unlikely to be as easy / cheap.
