Property wanted to rent: Long term property

Arriving second week in January 2019 - seeking larger long term rental property ( 2 years + ? ) of 2 plus bedrooms and ideally 2 bathrooms - can be coastal or inland , but preferably below 500 meters elevation. Parking and ability to either have or install high speed internet ( for work ) . Furnished or unfurnished - villa , apartment , duplex - MUST be able to provide legal rental contract to satisfy residence requirements. Budget between 500- 1000 Euro a month , deposit up to 6 months in advance . European couple returning from USA/Mexico to Europe for semi retirement . Please pm for direct email address - appreciate genuine responses either direct from owners or reputable agents. We have very open mind at this point as to type of property but realize coastal unlikely to be as easy / cheap.

Now located suitable accommodation in Turre - pleased to say all the agencies we contacted were prompt in answering and very helpful.
