Is that not fraud?

Just asking.

Should you not ask for their Complaint Book.

Bob and Sandra

Added a PS as Edit. Think I would be mentioning Policia Local &'Guardia and a Denuncia to the latter. If they did that to you then who knows. Would be interested to hear their response as they could end up in Court.

And such nice people!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be very surprised if it was fraud, they have a very good reputation. I gave them PoA but still went to the Notary in Vera. No problems with opening utilities. It all sounds a bit odd.

Perhaps not fraud but definitely very wrong to sign my name similar to my signature. I have used for 2 property purchases in the last 12 months and the service for the second property was not as efficient as the first. I will be addressing the situation in person with Maria next month.

No advice is better than bad advice. Colonel/Dr Bob keeps on pushing everyone to use Juan Rubio as their solicitor, Juan Rubio is not a solicitor, never has been and never will be. He is a Gestor (nearest in English, accountant). He has recently been in court regarding illegal builds in Zuregna and for all of the time would not answer clients calls or emails and the only answer you could get from his receptionist was "he is in Almeria." Is this the type of person you want to represent you?

Hi, we are hoping to buy an apartment in the Mojacar/Turre or surrounding area and are coming over for viewings in August. We have been speaking to a Spanish bank (Bankinder) about a mortgage but can anyone recommend lawyers, conveyancers and notaries please? We have been approached by several...

... intermediaries to organise everything for us, in principle that sounds like a great idea but we are worried about using anyone who hasn't been recommended! Thanks in advance for any help :-)

We have just recently completed the sale of our property in Serena,  we used Mundi abogdaos also, we first used them to do our spanish wills, Maria and Esther are superb, not only are they very very professional they are also very friendly and totally approachable, they both speak excellent English and as has been said they respond very quickly to any queries. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone, as has been said , the amount of thank you cards in the office  back up their service .

I hope this helps you

Regards Rick and Ken

If you havent sorted anything then give Mandy and/or Chris a call at Camconcepts in Huercal Overa.

English and both very fluent Spanish speaking.

Partner used them to buy her villa, do NIE's, get Residencias for us both including the mandatory trip to Almeria.

Always kept her up to speed and in the loop about every aspect of the purchase thru POA.

Couldnt recommend them highly enough.
