QR code form

Hi I coming over this week and have had 3 Pfizer jabs and my QR code form is directing me to follow the Blue Signs.
For my self assurance have I filled the form in correctly.

flying over tomorrow, is it true that you don't need to fill in a locator form if you have had three Pfizer jabs. When did Spain cancel this requirement.

You just need your vaccination certificate now, there is no longer the requirement to complete the passenger locator form when entering Spain, your 2nd jab or booster should have been administered more than 14 days ago but should not be more than 270 days old.
