Hi everyone

I am thinking of coming to Mojacar alone for a week from 15th dec. I would try to rent a room/apartment on the playa

Any tips for a single maturish lady?!!

Are places still open etc?

I have visited once before at Easter and loved it.

I am hoping to spend more time in the area when i retire and would be good to meet more locals, I met a few at Easter

Thanks

Viv

Personally if I were you I would book a hotel. There should be good deals that time of year and it will be heated as it can get quite cold in the evening/nights. You could go out in the day and know you will have somewhere in the evenings to come back to with people around.

It is much quieter that time of year and not as many places open so a hotel would be better I think.

Hi,

Agree entirely with Jan.

If.you e mail the lovely staff at

info@mojacar.es

then they will give you a list of available hotels, etc.

Think The Continental Hotel at one end of town should be open. Not sure of Indalo Group. Used to close but things change.

Do check.on heating in rooms & currently heavy rain so be prepared.

Buses run along the front.

Have a great trip.
