Methotrexate tablets

Hi all,
I’m currently on methotrexate 12.5mg tablets per week. I and my husband will be moving to Spain in December this year. Will I be able to initially get these through my NHS prescription? If I don’t have a prescription can I get it through a Spanish doctor? (Not sure the hospital will give me a prescription). We will of course be taking out private healthcare as we are under state pension age in the UK. Husband has an Irish passport but we still both need healthcare. TIA.
