Cost of prescription medication

Hi
My husband and I are looking to relocate in the next 2yrs. Both of us are on prescription medication. Husband will have a European passport and I’ll have a Uk passport neither of us will be retirees.
We’re looking to understand how much we will need to pay for our medications.
These are the medications we take:
Sulfsdalazine 500mg
Nebivolol 5mg
Methotrexate 2.5mg
Duloxetine 60mg
Any information would be much appreciated
