Best healthcare provider for residencia?

Can anyone recommend the best healthcare provider to go to to gain residencia? We are below state pension age and my husband has an Irish passport, me UK. I’ve looked at Sanitas and ASSAA but not got any quotes yet. I have a few pre existing conditions, nothing life threatening and my husband none. Any insight welcomed.
