Residencial Andalucia

Hi all, hope someone can help a little with this query. My beloved and I have travelled far and wide looking for somewhere to retire to. We eventually came to Mojacar Playa and fell in love with it. We have made enquiries about several properties and have settled on one in a small complex of properties called Residencial Andalucia. I'm sure I'll think of many questions later but at the moment there are only two. Is this area a residential area as the name suggests or are they holiday rentals. I'm praying they are residential only. Secondly, people living in this type of communal living, what do you do for storage, namely bicycles, tools even suitcases. When I look at the pictures online I can't seem to figure where people store the items they accumulated. Hope someone can advise. Many thanks. Paul
