Property refurbishment in Mojacar Pueblo

Hi,

I am looking to totally refurbish a casita in mojacer pueblo. As a preliminary step the property needs to be cleared of existing fittings, fixture and rubbish. At the same time the property also needs to be made totally secure. Once this phase is completed I am looking to refurbish the property both internally and externally. With this in mind can anyone recommend a reliable tradesman/builder that would be able to carry out this type of work. Ideally I am looking to commence this work early in the new year. Any advice would be gratefully received.
