They are the chaps that stroll up and down the playas all over Spain selling anything from belts ,wallets , sunglasses ,rugs etc .

Shame , obviously you and me are the only one that have any concern for these people as they are now as much apart of Spain as Tapas . Sad that there is more concern about camper vans , dog muck and feral cats . That’s the human race for you . Take care be safe
