I just bought through K7 in Mojacar. No hastle at all. Carol was excellent and knew our Brief. Did viewings prior with Spanish Property Choice and Coles in Turre. Both English and excellent but K7 had the property we wanted. Used Ana at Grupo Salvador. Again excellent English and by the book. As has been mentioned pay deposit to solicitor only. 6 weeks from offer to keys. Gave power of attorney to Ana. Had a few viewings with Spanish estate agents but was always cautious: if you can deal with a recommended source. There are few bent dudes out there. As already said get keys and enjoy deal or no deal!! 

Good luck with your search. There is a couple of blocks in Vera that have squatters but I can't remember where now so buyer beware. Avoid buying direct from a private Spaniards if you can for reasons above my posting. Good luck.
