Our internet has been down for 2 days with next communications they keep saying they have a problem throughout mojacar and cant give any day or time for it to be fixed. They are very complacent when I explain that I rely on my wifi to run my business

What an appalling service

we had continual problems with Next internet so we cancelled and went to Acacia fibre optic which is a great improvement although it still drops out for the tv but that seems to be the transmission not the internet.   It is also cheaper for us why don't you see if you can change.

I stand to correction, but I believe Next has been taken over which may explain their lack of interest.

I know I’m always here banging on about Digi, but if you’re in the mood for a change, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.  I run my business through Digi - super fast speeds and a 99,9% uptime (can never get to 100% with any company - damaged Fibre optics, equipment failure etc etc)

They advertise 1 Gb/s for 30€ a month and I have tested that here in Vera at 950 Mb/s down and around 880 Mb/s up.

I also have them at home in Vera Playa and we are riiiiiiiight at the end of the Fibre run, but still getting 700 Mb/s down and 580 Mb/s up with a latency of around 21 ms.

You can contract with them online, it’s a swift and easy process.  You don’t need to take a mobile with them if you’re happy with your current provider (unlike Movistar who just love their “bundles”) - just unclick that selection when you go through the service(s) required.  There are no hidden “gotchas”, no “fine print”, they are pretty good at being very very upfront with everything.

I’ve been with Digi since 2017, first with mobile phone, then with Fibre when they offered it.  They are really good for adding extra services / speeds etc and NOT charging extra - just saying “we’ve upgraded our service and from ‘n’ date you’ll now receive ‘x’ extra at no extra charge to you - ever”

They really are a bloody good provider, very professional, helpful and obliging.
